Cancelations and returns

    If you do not activate your HMD Mobile connection within 14 days of receipt, you are eligible for a refund on that order. Please log in to My Account and follow the cancelation process.

    You can cancel your order within 1 hour after the order has been made. Orders can be cancelled in the My Account portal or by following the link on the order confirmation email. If you have already received your HMD Mobile SIM card, you can still get it refunded as long as it is not used. You can request the refund within 14 days of receipt from the My Account portal.

    If you do not activate your HMD Mobile connection within 14 days of receipt, you are eligible for a refund on that order. Please log in to HMD Mobile account and follow the cancelation process.

    If you do not activate your SIM within 14 days of receipt, your HMD Mobile SIM will be automatically activated after the 14 days period with the initial plan you purchased.  We cannot offer refunds for unused plans.

    If you activate your SIM on receipt, we cannot offer refunds for unused plans.

    We usually don’t ask you to return the SIM card. You can securely discard the SIM by cutting it in half.

    If you move your number from HMD Mobile to another operator, you will lose all the balance, plans and any add-ons on the day your number is moved. We cannot offer refunds for unused plans. Your plans and HMD Mobile account will be closed.
