As a first-time user, you have to sign up using your Google account, or an email address.
You can follow your mobile data consumption in HMD Mobile app. You can also change your plan for the next cycle and purchase add-ons.
Yes, you can contact our customer support via the app during support hours for any problems you are having with your SIM or your chosen plan. You can also leave a message for the team if you are reaching out outside of support hours.
You can upgrade your plan using the mobile app at any time. Select your phone number and click the Upgrade button – you will see all of the options available to you. Your new plan will not start immediately – once the upgrade is confirmed, your new plan will start on the day of the next renewal cycle.
You can buy add-ons from the HMD mobile App. Simply click the “Buy add-on” button and you will see all of the options available to you. These add-ons are a one off-purchase, meaning they do not auto-renew or carry forward.
As a first-time user, you have to sign up using your Google account, or an email address. If you are still not able to log in, try the “Log in using an email address” option and enter the same email address you used to register. We will send you one-time passcode to log in to the HMD Mobile app.
You can only see your active HMD Mobile plan if you are logged in using the same email address you used to purchase the HMD Mobile plan.
You can upgrade your plan using the HMD Mobile app at any time, but your new plan will only start from the day of next renewal cycle. It will not take effect immediately.
You can buy add-on in the HMD mobile app. These are usually available for use immediately after purchase. If your add-on is not available within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact customer support.
